Austin College

Austin College, in Sherman, Texas, is a 4 year Liberal Arts college that has been serving students for over 175 years. The music department has great ensembles for voice (A Cappella Choir, Chorale, Vocal Jazz Ensembles), band (Wind Symphony, Roo Band pep band, Jazz Ensemble), and orchestra (Sherman Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra). Scholarships are for participation in ensembles and are provided for majors, minors, and non-majors alike! AC is a beautiful campus with a close community of scholars.
